Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing archetypeand.co or engaging Archetype & Co. for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Services

Archetype & Co. provides behavioral intelligence consulting services including but not limited to team cognitive mapping, leadership profiling, hiring assessment, and organizational design. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate engagement agreement or statement of work agreed between the parties.

3. Intellectual Property

The frameworks, methodologies, assessments, and written materials produced by Archetype & Co. are our intellectual property. Deliverables produced for a client engagement are licensed to that client for internal use only. Clients may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our methodology or framework materials externally without written permission
• Use our deliverables to develop competing products or services
• Represent our analysis as their own proprietary work

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public information shared during an engagement as confidential. Archetype & Co. will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except where required by law. Clients agree to treat our frameworks and methodologies as confidential business information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services provide analysis and recommendations based on behavioral frameworks and the information provided by clients. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and our assessments should be used as one input among many in organizational decision-making. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archetype & Co.'s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
